I should have updated my blog on Friday, unfortunately, i don't have any Internet connection in this very new house in Tanjong Malim~~~

It's Thursday already~
We'll be off for our mid-term break tomorrow~
or.... some of us are heading home by now~ (since tomorrow we will not have any class)

So~~~~ today~~ i went to class as usual and we had an open book quiz just now~
it was okay~ =D

and then, i went for lunch with Intan~
after our lunch, we went to library to continue on Dr. Othman's assignments~
and............... i have finished 5 of them! there's one more left!!!
i'm going to finish it today~~ =D =D

well, since En. Hasman is going to mark our blog, soooooooooo~~ i did some changes to my blog~
i found this wonderful roses when i was google-ing some pictures for my work~
so, i added background and i changed my blog background!
i changed quite a number of things~ hahahahahahaaha XD

Assignments' week~

Well, it's the week before mid semester break~
Everyone is happy! Why? Holiday right? We ALL can go home~ hehe~
However, this particular week before our mid sem is quite a tough week for me and my friends~
We have to finish up Dr Othman's assignments and we will have this sudden quiz this upcoming Thursday~
It's not that I cannot do it~ i know that I can~ But... To get sick suddenly and to be burdened with such number of assignments and tests, I think I will be having some difficult time here~
Because i suddenly got sick, I am not really sure what i did on Monday for my Management test was right~ haih~
Health is important indeed~ >.<
Anyway, it's late night already~ >.<
I was too much into in my photoshop and director work, so, here i am! Updating my blog in the middle of the night~

Monday~ hmm~

It's monday already~
And we had test this morning~ for MGT420~
I did not manage to study all of them since I suddenly got sick~
Haih~
After we finished the test, we went to PK because I need my check up~ thanks to yaa, bobo and shiqin for accompanying me~

Then, we all had our brunch and head straight back home~ =>
I had some quality sleep after I took my medicine~ =>
Guess that helped me to regain my energy~
I cannot afford to stay on bed the whole week because I still have Dr. Othman's assignments to be done~

Firstly, i want to say sorry because i forgot to update my blog on thursday~
I know it's almost 4 o'clock now~

That's why I slept early yesterday~
Yesterday's classes were okay~

today we had class like usual~

and then, we had Pragmatics class in the evening~~
we brainstormed about politeness today~

as usual, we have no class today~~
since i'm free the whole day, i planned to do some of my assignments...
however, i did not manage to do so many assignments as i keep on watching anime~~~
i guess everyone knows Naruto right?
yeah~ i am pretty sure~
and~~ i've been watching Naruto the whole day~ hahahahhahahaha XD
well, after a hectic week, i guess, i need some time to relax~~

well, i just love Naruto except for the flashbacks (they're too long)~~ >.<

Okay~ today's class was awesome!

in Dr. Paramjeet's class, we were required to look for an interesting instruction manual to present~

Sooo........ my group members, Intan, Jiha and I presented on DIY as in "Do it yourself" bag! heheheheehe~

after Dr. Paramjeet's class, here comes Dr. Cynthia's class~

we have to present on the paper that she asked us to complete with last two days~

it was a fun session and this particular session helps me a lot in understanding more on the main concepts of the Pragmatics~

Dr. Cynthia is an amazing lecturer because she successfully made the so called difficult subject that most of my seniors are afraid of to something fun and easy to learn and be friend with~

i'm extremely tired~

i just woke up from my nap because i need to finish up dr. cynthis's work~
so... after finishing her work, here i am, blogging for another entry of my life~
i am lifeless and restless today as i only slept for 1 hour from 6.30 am to 7.30 am~
WHY?
simply because i tried to finish up my group's director movie for our group presentation~
i am quite satisfied and happy about it, however, the only thing that bothers me is that i cannot concentrate in class because i am too tired to do so~
haih...............
well, i'm sorry to the presentators, Mdm Noraini and Dr. Othman as i am not really paying attention in the presentations~ >.<
on the other hand, i am happy because i managed to figure out the scripting for the third bonus mark assignment!!
well, there's another bonus mark assignment worth 5 marks waiting for me and my friends to discover them~
soooo... i'm going to take the challenge and do my best!
just simply because i love Adobe Director!! =D
learning new things are fun, aren't they?? =D

happy news always comes with a sad news right?
i am happy, tired and at the same time, i am sad too since i just got to know that all APPLES committee members who are not involved in Piala Dekan are compulsory to be the runner for the programme this upcoming Saturday and Sunday~
it's not that i don't like to be a runner, it's just that i miss my family members especially my brother~ T.T
i miss my parents too!

It's the fifth week already!!~

Today is Monday..........
Today is the start of the fifth week~
So........ It has been 5 weeks since i started my new semester??
WOW! That was fast! seriously fast~~ hmmmm~~~
The start of the fifth week indicates the start of the 'busy me'~
haih~~~ this is because we have to pass up several assignments and prepare for some presentations~
well, the presentations are not just normal in-class presentations, but........ they are graded! haihhh~~
I HAVE TO DO MY BEST!!! *faint*

let's talk about something else then~
i want to stay away from the words "assignment" and "presentation" for a short while~
at least, at least until i finish updating my blog~~~~

urrmmmm~~~ so! today, we had management and also technical writing class~

management class was okay except for the pop quiz part as i answered the question wrongly~
URGH~~~~ the pop quiz ruined my day! >.<

but... after i talked to my mother, i felt better~

and~ today's technical writing class focused on the group discussion on our company profile assignment.

we sat in our own group and discussed about the design of the website homepage and also brochure for our own company~~

Yesterday's post was a little bit boring and lifeless since I was sooooooo exhausted when I updated the blog....

After thinking for quite some time, I think I can handle the assignments and decided to go home to help them....

Exhausted~~

Today, we had Dr. Othman's class as usual and then straight away, after his 4 hours class, we had Principles of Management's class....

Obviously, everyone is tired and hungry at that time since our class will end at 2.00pm.........

Although the lecture was quite short, I think I cannot really digest all the information and knowledge when I'm in the state of...... 'dying'.... urm... i mean, tired....... extremely tired state~ huh~~~

After class, I had lunch with my friends and suddenly, Aini got a call from Farris.

He said he needed 2 representatives from APPLES to attend an event later at 4.30pm.....

sooooo... I decided to accompany Aini to attend the event.....

After that, I went back home and tried to regain my energy as I have to attend APPLES's meeting at night.....

On the way to Kenanga, we were stuck on the road because of traffic jam.... Why? hmmm... I'm not sure about that too.......haih~ so... the meeting started late and ended late because Aini and the others were waiting for us~ hmmmm...

after the meeting, I had supper and.... and then............

And then.... here I am! updating my blog during this hour, typing all that came into my mind in this critical state of mine~~~~

We went to "Cafe Ahlaa" just now and their food was AWESOME!! =D
The price was reasonable and it was delicious~~ =)

Okay! After lunch, we had Pragmatics class~ And, In my opinion, I think that we had the most fun tests ever!!! =D
We was assigned to sit in our group and came out with a mind map consists of keywords for all of the 6 main principles in Pragmatics.

After that, we were assigned to come out with a mind map consisting of pictures that symbolize the main concepts~
Well, I am not really good with drawing, but............. I think my group members pull it off! heheheeh~ =D

typical monday~

All this while, i thought that being a manager is the easiest job of all!
I think I was wrong.. 

Why? Why?
Because only now i understand that in order for a person to be a manager, you have to have lots of knowledge and skills. 

How did I know about this?

Well, I am taking Principles and Practice of Management this semester and the lectures for the whole three weeks were about how to be a good manager. OMG! How am i supposed to digest all of them? haih~~~~

I just hope that by learning all the theories and principles through this course will make me an excellent manager if I ever decide to be a manager~ hahahaha XD

What do I want to be after I graduate?
Hmm... That's a very difficult question as I, myself does not even have an exact answer for that question!
It seems that everyone has their own ambition..... urm...... except me? Hmm.....
I really need to think about this~ >.<

I hope that I can get my answer before I graduate~~~~ =)

Anyway, Technical Writing class today was short but we received another assignment from Dr. Paramjeet. 

Honestly, I think that the assignments I got and the courses that I am learning under this programme are fun and interesting!!
However, the number of assignments plus my poor time management and also procrastination that I have practiced since school days are making it difficult for me to organize my time and work. 

I know this is not a good way of handling work, but, I can yet fight my own laziness.

So, back to work~~ Um, we were assigned to come out with our own company portfolio.

This assignment is basically about being creative. 

Since we have learnt some editing skills from Dr. Othman's class, I seriously think that this assignment would be fun!

Hmm....... I think I might as well stop typing because I am running out of ideas and...... I have to study for tomorrow's Pragmatics test. Besides that, I also have to read up on the 4 chapters that I missed during the Information Technology class last week... Goodnight everyone!! Bye bye~ =D 

Tanjong Malim! =D

Guess what? There's no class today!! Yeay!! =D

So, I spent my morning in Shah Alam, accompanied by my phone and also YouTube! Hahaha XD
I love music! <3 I listen to songs with different languages such as Malay songs which i started when i was young, then I shifted to Chinese songs since I lived with Chinese around me, next, English songs, and now, Korean songs with some Japanese songs..... My favourite music genre would be BALLAD! My all time favourite! (Don't ask me why, I just love sad and slow songs! <3 ) =D hahahahahaha XD
Since i was soooooooo bored this morning, i decided to browse through some songs in YouTube and guess what? I found this old song that I used to listen to everyday~ the song's tittle is "Xiao wu gui" in English, it's "Little Turtle" hehehe~ =D It's an OST for a drama named "Smiling Pasta". I love this song very much because this song is really cute!!!! <3 <3

And then, I took KTM juz now in the afternoon and i reached Tg. Malim (TM) earlier than I expected. Hahaha =D

Along the way to Tg Malim, I read a Chinese book and again, I invited so many pairs of eyes on me just because of a book. (It's just a Malay girl reading a Chinese book..... What's so weird about it? =.=")
Well...... It's not that I only love to read Chinese books, but, I am not a fan of Malay or English books.
I know this sounds ridiculous for an English student to say so, but, what can I do?
Being different will not kill right? hahahahaha XD I hope so! =D

Then, i went to our new house with my family members.......
The house looks much beautiful now~
I just love the house!! =D
I am soooooooooooooo excited!!! XD

I came back from cleaning just to update this blog....

Okay, we all had Pragtmatics class today and we learnt about conventional implicatures.
After that, we were assigned to a new group and we have to prepare ourselves for the test next week.
Although Pragmatics is a tough subject (i heard it from my seniors), but still, it is a very fun subject!
Dr. Cynthia is a very fun and outgoing lecturer! I just got to know her this semester although she is my advisor (I think I need to meet her more often). =D
I love the way she teach! =D <3

Besides that, I want to talk about yesterday's class.
We all had Dr. Othman's class yesterday and we were given the second bonus mark task. I taught it was an easy task, but it turned to be a disaster to me because we are expected to figure out the scripting on our own! haih................. I need to search and think harder........... haih........ T____T

Oh! And recently, I've been reading a Chinese novel that i bought LAST YEAR and i managed to FINISH the whole book! OH YEAH!!!! =D =D Alright, this book tells about how a girl came accross the secrets within the story that her grandfather told her when she was young. Following the clues that were left in the story, she started to search and ask around until she learnt the truth about her biological father. This story not only focuses on the adventure that the girl went on in revealing the truth, but, this story also tells the readers on how important it is to keep a promise that you have made. Because of one broken promise, everything might not be the same anymore~

Hi everyone! I'm Liyana Hasnan from LG2204C.

First of all, I want to apologize to our MGT417 lecturer, Dr. Anizah because i did not turn up to her class yesterday. I am truly sorry and I will try my best to not miss any of her upcoming classes.

It has been such a long time since I publish a post on my own blog. This is quite nostalgic to me as I used to be an active blogger during my school days. It is amazing how Blogger has developed for the past few years. To me, Blogger looks much cuter now!

Oh! I've just realized that how much i love Adobe Photoshop after i completed a task that was given by Dr. Othman. Adobe Photoshop is challenging and fun to play with. I really enjoy patching up small pictures to create my own. They are wonderful!

So, i guess, that's it for now. I'll catch up with you guys tomorrow! Stay tuned! =D
